What an idyllic setting! It is like living in a vineyard without all the hard work!
Very few properties can boast having an adjoining vineyard as a neighbour that forms the backdrop to this pretty, three acre block. Imagine waking up every morning to the most amazing views of vineyards, mature deciduous trees and lush irrigated lawns that leads down the stone steps to a pretty dam.
This brick rendered country residence was originally part of the Murrumbateman vineyard and the original house is circa 1978. It's enjoyed a number of upgrades and improvements along the way and benefits from all the hard work the owners did with the landscaping many years ago!
Recently refurbished with new carpets and imitation timber vinyl flooring in the informal living areas, freshly painted in soft neutral tones with the occasional feature wall and the bathrooms and kitchen recently renovated, this lovely home is ready for you to just move into!
This property features three good sized bedrooms plus a study that could easily be converted to a fourth bedroom. The master bedroom is segregated at one end of the house, is generously proportioned and has a spacious, renovated, fully tiled ensuite with large shower area, vanity and features a terrific mirrored make up bench/seat area. Something every couple needs! The main bathroom also received an upgrade with modern tiles, new bath/vanity and tiled shower.
There are both formal and informal living areas and from the moment you enter the home your attention is drawn to the expanse of windows and the views beyond.
