It is my pleasure to write a reference for Nicola Brady.  We recently engaged Nicola to sell my Mum and Dad’s rental property in Bruce.  Nicola went above and beyond to assist us and made the process very easy for both myself and my elderly parents who were very nervous about the whole process, having not ever had to do anything like this before.   We were delighted when we received over 6 offers on the property at the first open house.  Nicola then negotiated with all the interested parties to secure us a higher price than we had listed the property for.

We found Nicola to possess all the skills required to be an excellent real estate agent; she knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients and is both professional and personable. 5 years ago we moved overseas for work. We engaged Nicola to manage our property and never once considered using anybody else, such was her professionalism and ability to solve any problem as they arose.

Being 1000s of kms away it was important for us to have a Real Estate agent we could trust.

When we recently decided to sell the property, it was again Nicola that we turned to.
